I have purchased two bikes from Ghetto Superstar Cycle Center and have been very satisfied. Their sales guys are very friendly and honest about their bikes. You wont find a better deal anywhere around on tires. Great place to do business! Will buy again!
I've bought several bikes from Ghetto Cycle Center over the years, I've always got good deals, and good bikes. Shannon is a great member of the community, and has created jobs for several people that did not exist before. I have all of my bikes and atv's repaired there also!
I own Ghetto Superstar Cycle Center and I would like to clarify the situation in regards to the one negative review that is posted on here. This particualr customer came in the shop almost demanding to purchase a bike for numbers that were unreasonably low. When He was told that there was no way we would negotiate anywhere close to those numbers he became upset and was angry because he could not have his way. Our bikes are priced fair and we do not make any major price changes. If you want an accurate gauge of how we handle our business, go to our website and read our testimonials, check out our feedback on ebay (user name: busamaniac), come to our community and ask as many people as you want or better yet, just stop in the store and see for yourself. We are very fair, honest and courteous. Unfortunately there are a select few people who can never be made happy, the one negative comment posted on here is a fine example of that.
Worst customer service I have ever encounter! Went to buy an motorcycle got treated like crap by a salesman! emailed the boss about the situation an got told 99% of there customers are satisfied! I can understand that we all have bad days until he proceeds to tell me that they sell 50 bikes a month! Lol... Like saying they didn't need my money! Watch em there website dosnt tell the truth either said the motorcycle was perfect, come to find out there is a huge crack in the back of it from being dropped (guess they forgot to mention that on there web page)!!! Buyer beware!!!
